I was building my small business but was on the phone late into the evening at home. I needed staff to answer the phones for me during the off hours but I could not afford anything in house. If it needs a quick reply, I will call the customer directly. Most often I can just have the answering service relay the information. This keeps my customers happy and I get my off time back.
