Conditioning a busy lifestyle for Medifast is very possible and doable. First of all, I worked up the certainty that this is what I want to do. After that, I wrote my target weight goals, and pasted pictures of my ideal body shape and weight on the wall of my bedroom. It was a big help and reminder. I had to adjust in the first week. The good thing was that I was able to adjust my physical movements accordingly. During the first week, I decided to go for Pilates and Yoga classes instead of jogging or hard cardio workouts. It paid off eventually. Ironically, eating less food enabled me to be more mobile. I eventually got to re-introduce my hard cardio workouts once I got adjusted to the Medifast way of eating. My friends are complementing the glow that I get from the Medifast diet and the corresponding balance that it introduced in my life.
